Access to report denied based on report_view ACL

Hi All,

We have one report on incident table which show average age of incident. Report is single score and its created on duration type field. It was working fine but suddenly I am getting this error. I have all required roles mentioned in report_view acl on incident table.

Please give your suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Incident table is extended by task table. Can you check if there is any report view ACL on task table & if any just check the roles & grant them if u don't have it.

We are also having the exact same issue with the sn_vul_vulnerable item table tied to the age_duration read ACL.  I have been workign with support to try to resolve and so far no luck unless we deactivate the age_duration read acl.
