Mulitple Risk Assessments for Change Management

Is it possible to create two or more Change Management Risk Assessment forms that have different conditions? For example, I want a different risk assessment presented depending on the Associated CAB of the assignment group. One for applications CAB, and a different one for infrastructure CAB.

My experience say NO, but in same Risk assement, add choice and then based on choice show the relevant risk questions.
