Red Asterisk Background color on tab : Vancouver

After Vancouver update, some of our CSS settings have been changed and I need to know how can i revert it.
We need to remove the background color Red which has appeared when requesting an order guide item, can someone please guide where i can remove the background red color.

Is this is you changed in OOTB , if yes, then check the conflicts and reverted to the required version. or check in properties.

Hi Atulya,

I am unable to find where to find this property where this styling is done.
It could have been done by someone else in the past, but where to find this setting now is the answer i am looking for.
