Hello! we are using Microsoft Azure DevOps Integration for Agile Development plugin to integrate between ServiceNow and Azure Devops. The business requirement is to sync from ServiceNow to Azure Devops whenever new RITM created so work item will be created in Azure Devops and sync happens bidectionally. Here, for few assignment groups, if we create work item in Azure, new RITM should be created and get the updates. But for few assignment groups, creation should happen only from ServiceNow. How can we acheive this requirement based on assignment groups?

Hello Shilpa
This is bread-and-butter for Exalate. It is a decentralized integration solution that will keep data flowing through these instances exactly as you want it. To start the sync of any entity automatically, through the use of triggers it is possible to do this and then you can have everything run in the background. I have been using it for quite a while and it would work amazing for your use-case.
