Hello Everyone,
The user cannot submit the catalog request getting the below error but for me, it is allowing me to submit the request. Can you please assist me on this, how can I resolve this issue?

Hi do following steps:
Clear Browser Cache:
- Cached data in the user's browser might be causing issues. Advise the user to clear their browser cache and try submitting the request again.
Check User Roles:
- Ensure that the user experiencing the issue has the necessary roles and permissions to submit catalog requests
Scripting and Business Rules:
- Examine any client-side or server-side scripting associated with the catalog item or related tables. There might be a script preventing the user from submitting the request based on certain conditions
Contact ServiceNow Support:
- If the issue persists and you are unable to identify the cause, consider reaching out to ServiceNow support for assistance. Provide them with details about the catalog item, user roles, and any error messages encountered.
