Variable is not displayed in the RITM and SCTASK from.

Variable is not displayed in the RITM and SCTASK from. We have added the variable in both workflow level and catalog ui policies check boxes. I have checked if there is any hidden ui polices also.

Please help me on this issue.

1) Have you added it from the workflow? If yes check point 2

2) Disable all the client script and UI policy on the item for sometime and check whether it visible or not? if its visible now, enable the client script and ui policy one by one you will find the reason

Can you share the variable details with Screenshot

Generally, we have just two options to hide/show the variable

1) Using workflow

2) Using Client script/Ui policy
