Hi experts,

The user need to create report on incident_metric table . But we cannot give him any admin access according to the requirement. So I tried to create a new role. This new role can access application modules like metric_instane and metric_definition.

After that I added this newly created role to the existing ACL i.e; metric_instance with operation report_view . I have given one demo user this role and itil role but still facing same error .

Can ayone can help me regarding this issue.

Regards,

sai.

Hello @tsai25044,

Recently I did a similar kind of requirement  my issue where business stakeholders were not able to view cmdb dashboards:

Then I implemented the below steps and it  worked
Operation: report_view acl
Table Name: cert_audit_result

Role: Business stakeholder

In your case try with write or report_view acl, check table name or role etc...

If it is helpful, please mark it as helpful and accept the correct solution.

Thanks & Regards,
