I have a flow design that automatically creates an Agile Story once an Enhancement Request is approved.
I have another type of Break/Fix Request catalog item that I would like it to update an existing Story instead of creating a new one once it's approved. I now do that process manually, copying over the info from the RITM.
Is there a way to automate that in the Flow Design? I have tried the Update Record action but since its not in the Service Catalog core listing, I can't select a different table (rm_story). Maybe a parallel flow?? Haven't really worked with that option yet.
