Hi,

Can we restrict Virtual agent to be visible to certain user in Mobile view? if yes, kindly let me know all possibilities.

Please follow these steps , in the "Roles" section you can mention

Roles that you want to user to have to view the quick action.

Hi @Bindhu1 ,

In the "Launcher screen Homepage record", the Required roles section, you can mention the roles required such that it is visible to only those.

Hi @Community Alums 

The Required Role section on the "Launcher Screen Homepage" record is for restricting the entire page, but we just wanted the "Chat" under the Quick Action menus to be restricted to certain set of users.

 

Could you please help us here.
