    Agent Chat

    PRB1900981

    		 Inbox audio is delayed when the 'Workspace' tab is inactive or out of focus before receiving the first work item
    1. Log in as an agent.
    2. Navigate to Workspace.
    3. Mark an agent as online.
    4. Navigate to another browser tab (inactive tab) or anywhere else on the machine except the workspace tab.
    5. Log in as requestor.
    6. Start a chat.
    7. Wait for some time.
    8. Switch back to Agent Workspace.

    Expected behavior: Audio should be heard as soon as the work item is assigned.

    Actual behavior: When the work item assigned, audio isn't heard. Audio is heard only after switching back to the workspace.

    Unless any exceptions are noted, you can safely upgrade to this release version from any of the versions listed below.
