Set fulfillment automation level of catalog item for the Success Dashboard indicators

Set the fulfillment automation level of catalog items from any Service group that are fulfilled without any manual intervention to Fully-automated tracking of the requested items with an end-to-end automated fulfilment.

Role required: admin or catalog_admin

프로시저

1. Navigate to All > Service Catalog > Maintain Items.
2. Select the catalog item for which you want to set the fulfillment automation level.
   Select Catalog items according to the Service group implementation, that is either ITSM or HR Catalog items.
3. In the Catalog Item form, set the Fulfillment automation level field to Fully automated.
4. Select Save.
