As an admin, you can add sample data to get started building your skill taxonomy using the Skills Library Data for Skills Management (com.snc.skills_management.seed_data) plugin. You must have the Workforce Optimization for ITSM Configurable Workspace plugin (sn_wfo_cfg_itsm) installed.   Collect skill data based on skills agents have used for incident resolution. Use supervised learning to recommend these skills for agents to resolve similar open incidents. You can also find patterns in how skills are used for incident resolution and use unsupervised learning to recommend skills for agents.
