View and approve records in Service Operations Workspace

    Role required: itil, sn_change_read, sn_request_read

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Navigate to List > Approvals > My Approvals.
    3. Select a record to approve or reject the request.
    4. 옵션: Select Approve to approve the request.
    5. 옵션: Select Reject to reject the request.
