Integrate personal corporate mailbox for receiving emails

  • Integrate your personal corporate mail boxes with ServiceNow to receive emails in your personal corporate mailbox.

    Before you begin

    Role required: email_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Mailboxes > Administration > Email Accounts.
    2. Select the Type.
      For more information, see Create an email account.
    3. From Account type, select Forwarding Address.
    4. Select Update.
    5. From your personal mailbox, set up forwarding rules for your personal mailbox (for example forwarding rules for Microsoft Outlook or Gmail).
