    First Name First or given name. Not publicly visible.
    Last Name Last or family name. Not publicly visible.
    Email Your email address. Not publicly visible.
    Company Name of your company or organization. Publicly visible for commercial customers. Replaced with "Verified ServiceNow Customer" for customers using a regulated ServiceNow Store instance.
    Review Feedback about the app. Your feedback could include whether you recommend the app, how user-friendly it is, features you'd like to see added in the future, and so on. Publicly visible.
    Rating Number of stars out of five, where a five-star rating is the highest and a one-star rating is the lowest. Publicly visible.
