    • Support for homepage functionality has been phased out. It is not possible to create or edit homepages at all when Next Experience is enabled.

    On upgrade to Zurich, active homepages are converted to Core UI responsive dashboards, with these exceptions:
    • Homepages that do not have an Active field are not converted.
    • Personal homepages that are owned by inactive users are automatically deprecated.
    • Homepages that do not have a Read role are automatically deprecated.

    Use the Homepage deprecation help tool to find all of your unconverted homepages in one place and convert them to dashboards, retire them, and restore retired homepages as dashboards.

    The Homepage deprecation help tool enables system and dashboard administrators to retire homepages or convert homepages to responsive dashboards using workflows. You can track migration status and assign tasks to users and groups. Retiring personal homepages includes a request sent to the owner for approval. The Homepage deprecation help tool is a store app for users with the admin and dashboard_admin roles. To use this application, see Install the Homepage deprecation help tool.

    To find the dashboard versions of converted homepages, navigate to All > Platform Analytics > Library > Dashboards.

    To access the Homepage deprecation dashboard, navigate to All > Homepage deprecation help tool > Overview.
