Follow data request progress

Monitor data requests to confirm approvals are completed before Task Mining projects begin.

Role required: sn_tm_core.power_user, sn_tm_core.admin

Procédure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Task Mining Workspace.
2. Select the Data icon ().
3. Under Data Request, select All.
4. Select the data log request that you want more information about.
5. Check the approval progress of the request in the Stage column.
   The data request statuses are:

   • Waiting for Approval: Data request for at least one workstation user has not been approved.
   • Request Approved: Data requests for all workstation users have been approved.
   • Request Cancelled: The data request was rejected.
6. Follow-up on a data request that is waiting for approval or find out why a request was rejected.
   1. Select the request link in the Number column.
   2. Select the Approvers tab.
   3. Check the data request details.
      • Approver: Manager who is required to act on the data request.
      • State: Status of the data request.
      • Comments: Names of the workstation users in the data request or the reason the request was rejected.
7. If you want to accelerate the progress of a pending request, contact the approver and urge action before the project is set to begin.
