Access to the Platform Analytics overview and the ability to create or manage artifacts depends on user roles. Key roles include:
- platformanalyticsadmin and pa-admin: Full access to all analytics artifacts and capabilities.
- dashboardadmin and vizadmin: Access to dashboards, visualizations, filters, and scheduled exports, but limited or no access to indicators.
- parscheduler: Access to dashboards, visualizations, and scheduled exports, but not filters or indicators.
- reportadmin: Broad access except for indicators.
Non-admin users have restricted navigation and can only access Dashboards, Data Visualizations, and Indicators.
