ServiceNow's Platform Analytics dashboards enable customers to access, organize, and share data visually through data visualizations, filters, and other elements. On Australia release instances, both Core UI dashboards and Platform Analytics experience dashboards are available within the Dashboards library.

To locate dashboards, navigate via All > Platform Analytics > Library > Dashboards. The library includes a navigation pane for seamless access to other libraries and the Usage Insights page, facilitating uninterrupted workflow.
Dashboard configuration and data access are role-based, with admin users having broader capabilities than non-admin users. Non-admin users have access limited to Dashboards, Data Visualizations, and Indicators libraries.

- Application Navigator: Provides direct navigation to Dashboards, Data Visualizations, and Indicators libraries, with additional access based on user roles.
Role-Based Access and User Experience
User capabilities differ by role:
- Admin Users: Have full access to dashboard management, certification, and broader Platform Analytics functions.
- Non-Admin Users: Access is limited to viewing and interacting with dashboards, data visualizations, and indicators. Navigation options are streamlined accordingly.
Certification marks dashboards as company-approved and recommended, aiding users in identifying trusted data sources.

On Australia instances, you can find both Core UI dashboards and Platform Analytics experience dashboards in the Dashboards library.
To find dashboards in Platform Analytics, navigate to the library at . You can also navigate to this library from other Platform Analytics library pages.
Library pages like this one include a navigation pane that provides access to the other libraries and the Usage Insights page. Use it to navigate between the libraries without interrupting your workflow.
The configuration of the Dashboards page and the data access depends on the user roles. Users without an admin role have limited capabilities, as compared to the users with an admin role. For users without an admin role, the navigation pane provides a direct access only to the Dashboards, Data Visualizations, and Indicators from the Platform Analytics library.
