Outcomes based contextual learning recommendations

Outcomes based contextual learning recommendations provide data-driven recommendations for your operational outcomes. This includes tailored trainings for your outcome results.

Outcomes based contextual recommendations analyze the performance of an outcome, and its associated capabilities to recommend the most appropriate ServiceNow University courses.

These recommendations are personalized, based on the performance of the outcome and its associated capabilities. For each capability, a single learning recommendation will be generated, with multiple relevant courses included in the same record when applicable.

In the Zurich release, contextual learning recommendations are added for your organizational outcomes insights.

To access an outcomes insight related learning recommendation, navigate to All > Impact Value Management > Outcomes Insights, and then select the desired outcome.

The Outcome Recommendations panel appears on the Outcome Detail page. The selected contextual outcome recommendation summary consists of the following:

• A brief overview of the capability, its adoption status, and why the intended audience should take the learning course.
• Tailored ServiceNow University training recommendations derived from the capabilities associated with the selected outcome. Select a course to launch it in an external browser.
• Relevant training courses based on the user’s adoption level of each capability.

You can provide feedback by selecting thumbs-up or thumbs-down . You can also provide feedback about the recommendation.

You can use the icon to do the following:

• Copy the recommended text.
• Email the recommendation text to your team.
• Hide recommendations that aren't relevant to you.
