  • Populate and configure ServiceNow instances to take advantage of exception processing in production, definitions sync, and user story creation and tracking.

    Before you begin

    Role required: Scan Engine Admin (sn_se.scan_engine_admin).

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to ALL > Impact > Configuration > Scan Engine Properties, and then open the My SN Instances related list tab.
      Each record in the table indicates a ServiceNow instance connected to the current instance through API integrations. There should also be a record for the current instance as well.
    2. Refer to Configure the basic authentication method or Configure the OAuth authentication method to complete the registration process.
