  • Product adoption roadmaps enable you to view a recommended implementation sequence for your capabilities. The implementation sequence is organized into specific phases for an optimal implementation.

    PAR overview

The product adoption roadmap was initially only available to Impact Advanced, and Total customers. In the Yokohama release, the product adoption roadmap feature is also available to Impact-Guided customers.

You can create a product adoption roadmap using pre-defined templates aligned to your business needs and products.

As an Advanced or Total customer, your Impact squad collaborates with you to determine the optimal implementation sequence tailored to your unique business needs. Before creating a PAR, a capability map should be published for that instance. See Capabilities maps for information on the capabilities maps. As soon as your Impact squad creates your PAR, you receive a notification.

While multiple users can view the Product Adoption Roadmap simultaneously, only one user can make edits at a time. When the roadmap is being edited, it is locked for others. When the product adoption roadmap is in locked status, you can see who is currently editing it and reach out to them to collaborate or request them to exit the roadmap.

You can Unlock a locked product adoption roadmap if you have an impact admin or platform owner role. When you unlock it, all changes to the current version are discarded, and the product adoption roadmap reverts to its last published version.

You can access your created roadmaps in by selecting Product Adoption Roadmaps from the Product Adoption menu on the Impact home page.
