Hello,
On Change Request form, we have created one field (List type) which accepts multiple users and when Change record is in Assess state, it will send approval requests to these users.
Earlier, we have tried to send approvals using Change Approval policies, BUT it's only working for a single user or any assignment group. It's not working for this field where we are accepting multiple users.
Hence, I thought the only option is to make changes in the flow designer - "Change-Normal-Assess".
Can anybody help here how to make exact changes to get approval request from the users which are added in this field?
OR
Please let me know if there is any other way to accomplish this.
Thank you!

Rather than a custom field, you can use the related list to define additional approvals (need to enable list editing) and then have a step within your workflow or flow to check for manual approvals and request approval from those users

I tried adding steps to the flow, but I think I am doing it wrong.
Can you please guide me on how to add the steps in the flow "Change-Normal-Assess" for manual approvals and change the state to Requested when we add the approvals, which should be mandatory?
Thank you!
