How do I update the problem form to OOB?

Hi ,

 

There are some customizations done on the exiting problem form in our project instance. They are not done by me.

 

The OOB Problem is using Process flow. We don't have process flow our instance.

How do I go back to OOB one? HELP?

We started our instances back on London.

Since then we had never used Problem Management.

Just recently people started to look into using Problem Management - I investigated and saw we were missing several key components compared with a new PDI/Commission (chase up ITSM Roles plugin if you're interested) - I think changes/updates were made in Madrid release.
So it _may_ be the case you need to Migrate ("update") your foundational plugins?
As you would suspect the docs cover this:
Problem management
Migration Utility

My route was to list all the Plugins mentioned in the docs and ensure they were/are all installed and correctly configured.

I'd suggest before moving on to anything else, ensure you are up to date on and OOB ITSM deployment of Problem.

Hi @Vaishnavi35,

 

Could you please check whatever the changes has been done in instance is it captured in any update set. if you find this then you backout the changes then it will be like OOB form if it is not so you need to find the changes which is not present ino your instance then take help with PDI and open the same url and make the same as PDI.
