Unable to link problem records to the new change request.

As an ITIL user unable to link problem records to the new change request.

In the new change request form i am trying to link problem record. I am able to add only with the admin role.

The Problems you are trying to ag are hopefully active and not closed problems.

 

Because closed problem will not be tagged.
