Manage repair of defective assets in your stockroom in the Hardware Asset Workspace

Optimize your inventory by getting the defective hardware assets in your stockroom repaired using the Repair flow.

In the Repair flow, an asset manager requests the repair of defective assets in the stockroom. An asset technician troubleshoots, repairs, and evaluates the asset. • Request repair of defective hardware assets in your stockroom
  As an asset manager, you can get the defective hardware assets in your stockroom repaired by creating repair orders.
• Fulfill repair orders in the Hardware Asset Workspace
  Fulfill a repair order by completing all the open repair asset tasks associated with its repair order lines.
• Record time worked on asset repair tasks in the Hardware Asset Workspace
  Manage and record time worked on Troubleshoot asset, Repair asset, and Evaluate asset tasks in the Hardware Asset Workspace. After you start work on a repair asset task, you can pause and resume work. You can also record the time worked manually.
