Manage and monitor hardware asset performance

Configure settings for asset KPI tracking and monitor asset KPIs using performance reports in the Hardware Asset Workspace.

Important:

The settings to enable the tracking of asset performance are available with Hardware Asset Management version 13.0.0 and later.

• Configure settings to monitor asset key performance indicators (KPIs) in the Hardware Asset Workspace
  Set up the necessary configurations in the Asset operations view to enable the tracking of KPIs for your hardware assets. These settings enable you to monitor and manage the performance your assets.
• Monitor hardware asset performance with Asset KPIs report
  Track the asset availability and related KPI values in the report to see how well a hardware asset is performing.
• View the total time worked on all tasks related to a hardware asset
  Use the Asset task time summary report to see the details of the time spent on all tasks for an asset and its child assets, grouped by task category.
