This offering covers core functionality for obtaining and importing data, providing a clear understanding of the various methods to populate CMDB tables within a ServiceNow instance. This Accelerator also includes key resources and leading practice guides to help customers get started.
The focus of this session is on Service Graph Connectors. Additional methods of population such as via Discovery or Agent Client Collector (ACC) are not deeply explored within this accelerator.
