Suppliers use the Request Help form to report an inquiry related issue or request.

Invoice Exception
Supplier	Auto-populated name of the logged in supplier.
How would you summarize your issue?	Summary of the issue or request.
Anything else we should know?	Additional information about the issue. Remarque : Select the Issue contains sensitive or confidential information check box. For more information on handling sensitive information, see Universal Request sensitive information security.
Add attachments	Attachments related to the request or issue.
