    • Use system properties to customize Now Assist panel. Some properties are available on a system properties form, but some lesser-used properties are available only from the System Property [sys_properties] table.

    Property Description
    sn_nowassist_va_enable_nap_aix_experience Enabled and integrated chat is available for customers to choose from.
    sn_nowassist_va_enable_nap_aix_experience Disabled, integrated chat is not available for customers to choose from.
