• Dispute Rules Content Pack for Mastercard release notes
  The ServiceNow® Dispute Rules Content Pack for Mastercard application provides a questionnaire for intake of dispute related information under various dispute categories as per Mastercard guidelines.​ Dispute Rules Content Pack for Mastercard is a new application in the Xanadu release.
• Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa release notes
  The ServiceNow® Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa application enables issuers to access Visa card network rules for initiating and investigating card dispute cases. Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.
• Dispute Content Pack for US Regulations release notes
  The ServiceNow® Dispute Content Pack for US Regulations application enables issuers in the United States (US) to track dispute cases and conform with regulatory guidelines. Dispute Content Pack for US Regulations is a new application in the Xanadu release.
• Individual Life Claims release notes
  The ServiceNow® Individual Life Claims application enables your organization to perform end-to-end claim processing for individual life policies. Individual Life Claims is a new application in the Xanadu release.
• Insurance claims release notes
  The ServiceNow® Insurance claims application simplifies and enhances the entire claims process from start to finish with a flexible claims framework. Insurance claims is a new application in the Xanadu release.
• Now Assist for Financial Services Operations (FSO) release notes
  The ServiceNow® Now Assist for Financial Services Operations (FSO) application brings generative AI to Financial Services Operations. By creating summaries of the card disputes and insurance claims from the case records, agents can quickly view the key details. Now Assist for FSO is a new application in the Xanadu release.
• Financial Services Card Operations release notes
  The ServiceNow® Financial Services Card Operations application introduces a dispute playbook on the portal, enabling cardholders to initiate disputes, retrieve enriched transaction details, and receive real-time case updates through a dispute tracker. Financial Services Card Operations was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.
• Financial Services Operations Integration with Visa release notes
  The ServiceNow® Financial Services Operations Integration with Visa application enables you to seamlessly integrate with Visa Resolve Online (VROL) (VROL) APIs using the Visa Spoke Actions to manage various dispute lifecycle events. Financial Services Operations Integration with Visa was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.
• Visa Spoke release notes
  The ServiceNow® Visa Spoke enables the ServiceNow AI Platform® to seamlessly invoke Visa APIs under Visa Resolve Online (VROL) for Visa card dispute process. Visa Spoke was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.
• Verifi Spoke release notes
  The ServiceNow® Verifi Spoke application uses the Verifi Spoke actions to connect with the Verifi APIs and streamline the card dispute resolution process. Verifi Spoke is a new application in the Xanadu release.
