Configure stacked view for the Activity stream

    • Configure a stacked view option for journal fields in the Activity stream.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to sys_properties.list.
    2. Add the glide.ui.activity.journal.stacked system property.
      For more information on adding a system property, see Add a system property.
    3. Set the Value to true.
      Important:
      Ensure there are no mandatory fields. Mandatory fields in the Activity stream prevent the stacked view option from displaying.
    4. To give agents the option of using a rich text editor, search for and set the glide.ui.journal.use_html property to true .
