Add participants to active Conference Call

You can add participants to an active conference call if you have not added them before starting the conference call.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_si.analyst,sn_si.manager

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Security Incident Response Workspace.
2. Open the security incident for which you want to initiate a conference call.
3. Select the conference call icon to the view the details of the conference calls.
4. Add participants to an active conference call:
   
   • Select the meeting options icon for the active conference call and select Add participants.
   • Select Copy invite on the Conference calls section, and share the invite with the required participants.
