    Overview

    As a user with the remediation owner role (sn_vul.remediation_owner), the Vulnerability Response Mobile app allows you to view and search the vulnerabilities, remediation tasks, and assignments on your ServiceNow AI Platform instance directly from your Android or iOS mobile device.

    You are notified when remediation tasks (RTs) or VIs have been assigned to you or your assignment group. This app gives a remediation owner the flexibility to reassign, edit fields, and begin remediation without being tied to the desktop.

    You have access to vulnerabilities, vulnerability items, modules, and all solutions. You can perform the following tasks on your mobile device:

    • View and update remediation tasks.
    • View change requests.
    • Reassign a remediation task or vulnerability item to another member of an assignment group.
    • View notifications when a critical remediation task is assigned to you or one of your assignment groups.
    • Edit a subset of fields on remediation task records.
    • Search for remediation tasks that match specific search criteria.
