Create a flow for user and supervisor approval

Hi all,

We have two catalog item's, after request submission it will go for approval.

First scenario -For First catalog item- manager field will be there ( requestor will select and it will go for approval for that selected user and it will be assigned to assignment group).

Second scenario -for second catalog item there is user field( if user selects any person name (ex:xyz) then  xyz manager has to approve request and it will be assigned to assignment group).

 

So there are multiple catalog items with above use cases.

Can we create a standard flow for this? So that we can use that flow directly if we get above scenario's. How to configure above scenario's

Not only totally using flow, is there any way we can configure and attach that in flow?

Yes, you can create and add in flow.

1st is already created and given by SN OOTB which you just need to call.

For the first case manager is field user has to select manually it's not like requestor manager. So we don't have any standard flow for that
