Hi
In my company, I was told to update the OOTB test cases according to the company environment requirements. I was also told we will not be having OOTB data in the near future, so I am making sure I update the OOTB test cases accordingly. I have an issue with a couple of test cases for Problem Management. Both revolve around Element ID. I have updated the test case without using the OOTB data like PRB0001001, etc. Now, in the last step, I am not sure how do I get the Element ID data. Is it really possible to get the Element ID data for which I have created (PRBSOMETHING)? Kindly help.
Regards
Suman P.

I'm a little confused to. As you are saying company data won't be available but the your screenshot is sowing that you are using company data. However if are changing it to create new record Element ID is just the sys_id of the problem. However you create your record you change just do "Element ID = Test step doc ID" of the test step your used to create the record.

For element id use the document id from step 6.
