I have an identical issue to https://www.servicenow.com/community/field-service-management-forum/search-service-error-empty-paylo...
When I choose Open Incidents in Related Search on the Incident form, I receive the error "Search Service Error: Empty payload returned". The mentioned table in the article sn_communities_content was not found on the instance.
