Hello, I was working a custom widget for csm portal where I need to show the variables of RITM of a REQ which is associated with a SCS case, for this requirement, I wrote script includes to get the variables and then configured the widget. My requirement is that I need to use the case's sys_id as a function parameter and then with the help of this sys_id, I'm trying to display the record on portal but no luck till yet.
