Opening multiple tickets when I click on one in workspace

Hi,
Greetings for the day!
When I open 1 ticket assigned to me it opens all the tickets assigned to me in simultaneous tab in Agent workspace. How can I fix this issue?

You need to check on how the workspace is setup. What does it do 'on row click'?

Open the page in UI builder and validate the events shown there. There is an 'on row click' event there, probably.
