What populates the MRC and NRC in Customer Orders in Order Management Application

I wanted to know if anyone has worked on Order Management in Servicenow, what populates the values in MRC and NRC fields in servicenow in Customer Orders?

If anyone can tell the exact Script include or BR , I am not able to find it?
