As a legal user, modify a legal request to update the request's details or replace the attached contract document with an updated version.

Remarque : If you’re using Legal Service Portal, open a request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal portal and selecting My Requests from the header.

Select Legal services from the header.

Open your submitted legal request from the My Requests option on the header menu.

On the Standard Ticket page, from the Actions menu, select Edit Request.

Update the request's details or replace the attached contract document with an updated version.

Select Save to update the record.
