Key Features
- Dashboard Categories: Dashboards are organized into four categories:
- Recent: Displays up to nine dashboards you have recently accessed, with the most recent first.
- Owned by me: Shows dashboards you created or own.
- Shared with me: Lists dashboards shared with you directly or through group or role membership.
- All: Displays all dashboards you have access to.
- Dashboard Filtering: The selected category filters the available dashboard groups and dashboards in the Groups list and Dashboard Picker. If no dashboards match the selected group, a notification appears.
- Sorting: Dashboards (except in the Recent category) are sorted in ascending order by dashboard group order or name, and by dashboard order or name, based on optional order numbers set by the dashboard owner.
- Dashboard Tiles: Tiles show dashboard widget thumbnails, group, access level (Owner, Editor, Viewer), dashboard name, and owner information, helping you quickly identify relevant dashboards.
- Access Restrictions: If a widget is not viewable, a prompt advises contacting the administrator due to possible configuration, access, or data availability issues.
- Groups List: Defaults to showing only AWA-related dashboards but can be changed to view dashboards from other groups.
- Dashboard Management: Provides a direct option to create or configure responsive dashboards via the New button.
