    Procedure

    1. Install the Glide Virtual Agent [com.glide.cs.chatbot] plugin.

    2. Download the Google Chat app from the ServiceNow® Store.

    3. Install the Google Chat [sn_va_google-chat] plugin in your ServiceNow instance.
