This library supports an updated user interface that activates when you install Now Assist in Virtual Agent and enable the Now Assist Topics skill, offering a modern list view for easier navigation and management.

- Navigation Header Bar: Facilitates navigation between open topics and settings with tabs grouped optionally by application scope, providing quick access to user preferences and Virtual Agent Designer settings.
- Topic List Controls: Allows filtering and managing topics by discovery type (LLM or NLU/Keyword), including options to select specific assistants, test topics through various chat experiences (Standard, Enhanced, Premium), and create or delete topics.
- LLM and NLU Specific Controls: For LLM, you can filter by assistant, test assistants, and view different asset types such as subflows, actions, custom skills, AI agents, and agentic workflows. For NLU, you can test active topics and create new ones.
- Topic Records List: Displays detailed information about each topic including name, type, status, activity, last modification date, description, and promotion status. It provides action menus to toggle topic states (Promoted, Discoverable, Visible, Active), access conversational settings, remove assets from assistants, or delete topics.
- Side Panel: Shows recently opened topics, latest user updates, and resources such as localization insights, documentation, and tools to migrate NLU topics to LLM when Now Assist is activated.

Getting Started
Access the Assistant Designer Asset library by navigating via All > Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer. Ensure Now Assist in Virtual Agent is installed and the Now Assist Topics skill is enabled for the updated interface.
Use the provided controls to view or create topics, manage their lifecycle states, test them with various chat options, and leverage resources to optimize your Virtual Agent deployment.
The Assistant Designer Asset library lists all LLM assets and NLU/Keyword topics available in your instance. You can also create more topics, subflows, actions, custom skills, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
