Report on end user chasing or updating a record

Hey - is there a way to report on a customer chasing or updating an incident? we have looked at updated by, but that doesn't give what we need.
We are basically trying to figure out, from 5000 incidents, how many are being chased or the customer asked for an update

Hi @Emilie80
It is not possible bcz there is no field available on incidents which can help us to see what and when where a user asked for an update. Either you create a new field and set the counter or flag when user ask for update.
