ServiceNow tickets are missing on Visual Task Boards

Hi All,

 

There is an issue we are facing on Visual Task boards in ServiceNow. Tickets within assignment group are missing, the tickets that have been created or moved to "No Assigned To" lane and then the ticket disappears after refreshing the page. This is ongoing in our incidents and changes.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

We are experiencing a similar issue. 

Lanes are Assigned to.   

Filters are Assignment Group & Active is True. 

All unassigned Tasks are missing from the board. 

If you view the list view of the board, you can see the unassigned tasks, but you can not on the actual board.
