User cant see an incident on a report even though its assigned to them?

Hello,
We have a 'My Assigned Work' report that uses the filter 'Assigned to is dynamic Me'. However a user noticed an incident that is assigned to them, but is not showing on the report for them. They can see the incident record, just not on the report. I created a report of incidents assigned to them specifically, I can see it on my admin account, but when I impersonate them and run the report they can not see the record. Any idea why this user can't see this incident on a report?

Hi @Jared Wason ,
Quick question : does user can see the record in the incident table (not in the report)?? if not check if any ACLs on the incident table restricting (may be with condition opened by or any other field)

Yep, they can see the incident on the table in the list view. I will double check any ACLs though.

Hi @Jared Wason ,
1)I would also try not out put any condition on the report and see if that incident comes up , check to see if you get below message at the end of the report list (if its an ACL issue)
2) Compare incident which is visible vs not visible so that you get an idea on what condition its hidden.
