Change UI Action button label onLoad

Hello there!

We have a UI action button called 'Close Task' on sc_task table. But just for one Catalog Item Task, I want this to be renamed as 'Close/Approve' (something like - if catalog item is xyz, then label should be 'close/approve' else remain as 'close task').

Is it possible to change the label of UI Action button without creating a new button and only show it for this catalog item?
