Deactivate Identity Centre plugin or hide the functionality

Is it possible to deactivate the Identity Center (com.snc.identity_center) plugin? It has been installed on our instances with the Vancouver upgrade, but we do not want to use it as it has the ServiceNow logo on the page instead of our Organization's, and it is exposed to customers.

Your identity center looks customized, ours has got OOB servicenow logo and banner color on it.

Might the issue be that you are still using UI16? And now opening Identity Center, and that page is opened in Next UI (I think its a workspace like page, definitely NOT a portal like someone responded)? Next UI, which you have not configured the logo / colors etc for?

So if you configure the logo / colors etc for Next UI, is it good for you then?

Eventually you will face the same on other places in the instance, not only on Identity Center.

We are still using UI16, Identity Centre banner looks fine when I switch to Next experience but we cannot completely turn off UI16 for now.

Is it possible to have the customized banner on Identity Centre while using UI16?

My knowledge say No, either stay on UI 16 or fully move to Next experience.
