Dynamic Translation is not working in service portal

Dynamic Translation is enabled . I have added for short description, description, comments now its working fine in Native view when click on translation icon its translating to user specific language. Now the issue is at service portal . Here the icon is visible for comments but while click on icon its not translating 

Can anyone please help me on this issue ?

Hi @Deva3 ,

 

Could you please inform me if any errors are displayed when clicking on "Translate" in the Service Portal.

 

Additionally, could you review the flow execution of the "Detect Text" and "Translate Text" subflows step by step? Please let me know if you observe any errors in any of the actions.
